Adam Announces NSTA Trade Show Winners of Dune Balances

The National Science Teachers Association 60th Annual Conference on Science Education was held March 29-April 1, 2012 at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, Ind. As an NSTA supporter, Adam Equipment participated in the trade show, which featured more than 400 companies, nonprofit organizations and government agencies.

Adam representatives were on hand to show off Adam's triple-beam balance, Highland portable precision balance, Dune compact balance, Core portable compact balance and PGW precision balance to more than 10,000 visitors attending the event.

During the conference, Adam sponsored two hands-on workshops led by Penney Sconzo, chemistry and biology teacher at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, GA. Using Adam's Highland and Core portable balances, she performed an experiment illustrating the properties of hydration. At the end of each workshop, participants entered a drawing to win a Dune balance.
