1. Purchase any two Adam education balances all on one order between September 30, 2007 and July 15, 2008. Orders may be placed either directly with Adam Equipment or through its growing network of education dealers. The two balances do not have to be the same model or from the same line, but they must be on one order. (Purchase date for this offer is defined as either your school's purchase order date or Adam Equipment's invoice date.)
2. Submit a copy of your invoice to Adam Equipment at 26 Commerce Drive in Danbury, CT 06810 by July 30, 2008 and request your free lab apron(s).
3. To qualify, be sure to reference promotion code EDMS08.
4. Please specify the exact shipping address for the free lab apron(s). (School street addresses only; no personal addresses or P.O. Boxes.)

Your free lab apron(s) will be shipped to the address you provide within two to four weeks.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Balance purchases must be made between September 30, 2007 and July 15, 2008. Prior purchases do not qualify. Requests for free lab aprons must be postmarked on or before July 30, 2008. School purchase orders or Adam invoices after the 7/15/2008 date do not qualify.
2. Offer is available only to educational institutions in the United States. No other parties may participate in this offer.
3. Customers are responsible both for submitting appropriate paperwork to Adam Equipment within the offer period and for following the four offer steps listed above.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, unless previously approved by Adam Equipment. Adam reserves the right to limit the number of lab aprons sent to an individual school or district to twelve.
5. Offer is subject to availability and lab apron redemptions will be shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Adam reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value as needed.
